The sixth ‘Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Cup’ College Students innovation pre-contest mobilization meeting was held in room 715 of Sanjiang building, September 16th. The contest supported by the The Central Committee of the Communist Young League and hosted by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China is a nationwide financial creative competition for college students. Wang Shuangping, the secretary of the Committee of Communist Youth League of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Zhenjiang Branch, and students of School of Finance and Economics attended the mobilization meeting.
At the beginning, Secretary Wang introduced the history and achievements of the competition and explained the principles of the contest ‘fair, just and open’. The competition aims to develop students innovative spirit and the applied ability of reality and theory. Then, he talked about three parts of the contest: financial creative design competition, the precious metals trading simulation and financial e purchase experience interactive activities. He explained the time schedule, and awards setting of three activities elaborately. The theme of the general assembly is ‘entrepreneurship and innovation’. The program provides a national competition platform for outstanding students.
