About the program

This program aims at the cultivation of advanced，specialized and interdisciplinary talents for doing business and management in foreign economic & trade sectors, multinational companies, and researchers in teaching & research institutions. Graduates would have a good mastery of the basic theories and knowledge of economics, the basic theories and practice of international trade, the applied ability in using English which complying to the new trend of globlization, the awareness of the development of modern international economics & trade, the knowledge of the social, economic, and cultural conditions of major trading partners，and the awareness of the developing situation of modern science & technology and its future trends. Moreover, graduates should be familiar with the prevailing rules and practices of international trade as well as China’s foreign economic & trade policies and regulations.
