On the afternoon of June 20th, the Academic Instructor Guidance Training of School of Finance and Economics was held in the Hall 1301 of Sanjiang Building. The training was given by Ms. Yu Haili from the Office of the College of Excellence of the Academic Affairs Office. Party Secretary Chen Yongqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Dai Yelin, Vice President Wu Mengyun, all the full-time and part-time counselors, academic supervisors and student representatives from all grades participated in this training.

    The meeting was presided over by Deputy Secretary Dai Yelin. First of all, Mr.Dai introduced the work of the academic tutors in our college and emphasized the main tasks of the academic tutors at this stage. Subsequently, Mr. Yu Haili as a full-time counselor shared his experience of how to guide students to grow up. Ms. Yu's sharing covers everything from the college's scientific research atmosphere to the postgraduate exam preparation and employment one-on-one guidance, from academic planning guidance to the holding skills of the class. She interspersed with specific examples which is vivid, moving and thought-provoking. .
   At the meeting, the ideas and methods shared by the teacher were rich in content. It provides valuable experience for the college to further strengthen undergraduate academic planning, student management and innovation capacity development.
