On November 13th, the School of Finance and Economics held a postdoctoral research mobile station evaluation meeting for foreign postdoctoral fellows in the 1304D conference room of Sanjiang Building. Seven professors, including Zhang Jijian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu University, Wu Junmin from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Hu Xuhua, Dean of the School of Finance and Economics, Li Kaotuan, Vice Dean, Yao Hongxing, Shi Junguo, and Sun Huaping from Beijing University of Science and Technology, were specially invited to form the evaluation expert group.

There are a total of 6 foreign postdoctoral fellows who meet the conditions for leaving the station this time. At the review meeting, the collaborating supervisors will first introduce the postdoctoral fellows' work performance, research progress, and publication of papers during their tenure at the station. Six postdoctoral fellows gave detailed reports to the experts of the review committee on project background, research content, conclusions and prospects, and scientific research achievements. Subsequently, the reviewing experts objectively and meticulously evaluated their outbound reports and statements, raised questions on relevant issues, provided targeted modification suggestions, and pointed out the direction for subsequent improvement and deepening research. The expert group unanimously believes that the research work design of the six postdoctoral fellows is reasonable, the methods are advanced, the data is detailed, the discussions are sufficient, and the conclusions are credible, meeting the requirements for leaving the station. After comprehensive analysis and collective evaluation by the expert group, it is agreed to leave the station.

After the review meeting, Professor Zhang Jijian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the university, put forward new requirements and hopes for our postdoctoral work. He pointed out that the career development of colleges and schools cannot be separated from the support of high-level talents. The construction of postdoctoral workstations should be further strengthened. Firstly, efforts should be made to improve the level and establish a high-quality and efficient talent introduction model. Actively attracting more outstanding PhDs to come and carry out work, further strengthening the support of postdoctoral workstations for scientific research work in colleges and schools, and continuously improving the quality and level of workstations. Secondly, we should fully leverage our advantages, closely link the research topics of postdoctoral fellows with the scientific research achievements of the college, make proper use of the latest resources, and promote the deep integration of theory and practice. Thirdly, we need to explore innovation, further increase scientific research efforts on the basis of complying with regulations, focus on innovative scientific research cooperation models, and expand international cooperation channels. Finally, he hopes that the six postdoctoral fellows who leave the station can continue to carry forward the scientific research spirit of rigor, practicality, and innovation, constantly explore the forefront of science, overcome difficulties, and contribute their own strength to the cause of technological innovation.
