The opening Seminar on the key project of the National Social Science Fund - "Research on China's active participation in the reform of the global economic governance system from the perspective of green transformation," hosted by Professor Sun Huaping, was held on September 25. More than 40 experts, scholars and members of the research group conducted a discussion online.

Professor Tian Lixin, vice president of Jiangsu University and Professor Wu Mengyun, Dean of the school of Finance and economics, attended the seminar and delivered speeches successively, encouraging the research group to produce high-level research results and driving the synchronous improvement of talent training and discipline construction quality. Professor Ma Guojian, director of Social Science Department of Jiangsu University, shared the experience of national key social science projects, especially gave detailed guidance on the specific requirements of research results. The seminar was presided over by Professor Hu Xuhua, President of the Institute of industrial economics of Jiangsu University.

Professor Sun Huaping introduced the overall framework of the subject research, the key problems identified, highlighting key problems and breaking through difficult problems to the participating experts.

Professor Geng Yong, Dean of the environment College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, has made constructive suggestions from the perspective of dual carbon objectives and dual cycle strategy synergy, renewable resources efficiency enhancement and trade cooperation, and green belt construction. Professor Wu Fuxiang of Business School of Nanjing University put forward valuable opinions from the perspectives of key core technology innovation breakthrough path of China's manufacturing industry and public goods provision mechanism of global governance.

The members of the research group, Professor Pu Zhengning, vice dean of the school of economics and management of Southeast University, associate professor long xingle of the school of management of Jiangsu University, associate professor Sun Dongying and associate professor Liu Yue of the school of Finance and Economics of Jiangsu University, spoke and discussed successively.
