On September 29, Professor Han Liang of reading University was invited to give an academic report entitled "How to publish papers in top English journals" for teachers and students of the Department of Accounting. Associate Professor Gu Shuibin, head of the accounting department, presided over the academic lecture attended by nearly 40 teachers of the accounting department and 2021 accounting postgraduates.

Professor Han Liang graduated from the University of Warwick, and he is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the University of Reading. He is also the executive editor of many international journals, such as the International Small Business Journal. Starting from his own scientific research experience, professor Han Liang described how he changed from scientific research pressure to fun and from the perspective of "premium" contribution and publication of high-level journals. Professor Han Liang also encouraged everyone to write high-quality papers and invest in high-level journals. He also combined the cases of "rejection" and "withdrawal," guiding everyone to learn from the judges' comments. Finally, Professor Han Liang also suggested choosing valuable topics from life.
